Welcome to SERV Surrey
To SERV or not to SERV
SERV Surrey was established in April 1981 and operates from their Control room off Blagdon Road, New Malden, KT3 4TA. We cover hospitals in Surrey and South London. We also take blood, platelets and other required products, which are relayed by other SERV members who then deliver on to hospitals in Kent and Sussex.
SERV Surrey currently has over 40 active Riders/Drivers some of which also act as Controllers (taking requests from the hospitals or other SERV County Groups). If you are a qualified Advanced Rider/Driver or you are willing to undertake advanced training with the Institute of Advanced Motorist (IAM) or RoSPA Advanced Driver and Riders then we need you.
If you live within the M25 you don’t need to stay at the HQ in New Malden, you can operate from home and would be expected to be on call one night each fortnight.
